EdSkills was established in 2021 by experienced management and faculty having decades of experience, with high objectives of expanding its reach to national and international students urging quality professional education in accountancy field.

EdSkills is RAET (Registered Accounting Education Tutors), which is registered institute with ICAP (Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan).
The legal status of EdSkills Centre of Finance is limited liability company (EdSkills Educational Services Private Limited).
EdSkills and Lexicon offer multiple international education and trainings including:
-Diploma IFRS- UK, Certified CFO- UK, Mini MBA, Data Analysis in power Excel and Advance excel etc.
O/A Level tuition, ATHE diplomas
Lexicon School of Business & Finance offer ATHE Level 3 to Level 7 Diploama's in Accounting & Finance, Business & Management, Computing & Law.

He is author of the book “Principles of Accounting”.
He served Deloitte Pakistan and Deloitte Middle East (one of the big four firm) for four and half years in Pakistan and UAE. His major engagements were with Pepsico, Warid, PEL, Sitara Chemicals, GEPCO, Hira Textile, Stedec, and Rotana Hotel & Resorts etc.
His core skills consist of project management in the field of academia. He is also dealt with external & internal audit, budgeting, forecasting, development of policy manuals, process control sheets, organograms, reporting mechanism, project management for web and software development, introduction of innovative methodologies for ease of business operations.

Abdul currently working as Chief Financial Ofcer (CFO) for TOSHIBA TV and BOSS Home Appliances is an experienced professional having diversied experience in the eld of accounting, nance, Financial Modeling, Data Analysis in Powe Excel, Power BI, teaching, and training. He is also serving as Regional Director of Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA)-UK for Pakistan and heading LEXICON Global organization as well.
Previously he had been teaching as an adjunct faculty member in University of the Punjab and PAC Group. Academically he is an Advanced Financial Modeler (AFM) by Financial Modeling Institute (FMI) Canada, Fellow Member of Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA) UK, Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Science in Economics and Master of Philosophy in Management Sciences He has provided open house and on-premises training on Financial Modeling, Data Analysis in Power Excel, and Data Analysis in Power BI to leading organizations in Pakistan and Auditor General Ofce of Papua New Guinea. He is engaged in advising & training, locally as well as abroad, in the domains of HRM, Leadership, Organization Designing, Capacity Building, Institutional Transformation and Change Management, Rationalizing Staff Structure, Business Process Reviews, Training Needs Analysis, Job Evaluation and Job Proling etc.
During his long professional career, he had been associated with a number of well-known organizations where he held senior-level positions like Member, Head, Director and SEVP, these organizations include, KE, HBL, FBR, Pak Kuwait Investment Co., Meezan Bank, American Express Bank, Gulf International Bank, Exxon Pakistan, Ministry of Finance etc.
At present, he is CEO of Excelerate (Pvt.) Limited, where he has been providing management consultancy and HR Advisory services to various public and private sector organizations. In addition, he has also participated as a guest speaker in various organizations in Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh.
